Level 1 / All-Level Flow
A steady, accessible flow for newer and experienced students who want movement without intensity. We explore foundational postures, link breath with movement, and offer variations so you can choose what feels right for your body each day.
Yogashali Meditation
Guided meditation using practices like breath awareness, body scans, loving‑kindness, Vipassana, and mindful movement. These sessions support stress reduction, emotional regulation, and a deeper connection to your inner quiet—whether you’re brand new or experienced.

Introductory classes that teach core poses, alignment, and breathwork. We move through simple flows and slower‑paced sequences to safely build strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence, ending with extended relaxation.
